Adding and updating your payment information

Managing your payment method ensures uninterrupted access to HeyJared Professional features. You can add, update, or change your payment information at any time.

Secure Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full credit card information on our servers.

Adding a Payment Method

When you subscribe to the Professional plan:

Click "Start For Free"

On the Professional plan card in the Pricing section

Redirected to Stripe

You'll be taken to Stripe's secure checkout page

Enter payment details

Add your credit card or debit card information

Complete checkout

Your payment method is saved securely and your subscription begins

Updating Your Payment Method

To update your payment method:

Go to your account settings or billing section
Look for "Payment Method" or "Billing" options
Click "Update Payment Method" or "Change Card"
You'll be redirected to Stripe to securely update your information
Your new payment method will be used for future charges

Supported Payment Methods

HeyJared accepts:

Credit Cards

All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

Debit Cards

Debit cards with credit card functionality (Visa/Mastercard debit cards)

Payment Security

How We Protect Your Information

  • Stripe processing: All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor
  • No card storage: We never store your full credit card number on our servers
  • Encrypted transmission: All payment data is encrypted in transit
  • Secure checkout: Payment forms are hosted by Stripe on secure pages

Troubleshooting Payment Issues

Payment Declined

  • Check that your card hasn't expired
  • Verify you have sufficient funds or credit limit
  • Contact your bank to ensure the card isn't blocked
  • Try a different payment method

Can't Update Payment Method

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser
  • Contact support at support@heyjared.ai
