The Professional plan is billed monthly:
Billing date: Your subscription renews on the same day each month
Payment method: Charged automatically to your saved payment method
No annual commitment: Month-to-month billing with no long-term contracts
Cancel anytime: You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period

End of period: If you cancel, access continues until the end of your paid period
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe:
Charges appear on your statement as "HeyJared" or "HeyYou, Inc." You'll receive email receipts for each payment Failed payments may result in temporary service interruption Update your payment method to avoid service disruption Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
- •Cancel anytime: No penalties or fees for cancellation
- •Access until period ends: You keep Professional features until your billing period expires
- •No prorated refunds: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- •Cancel anytime: Cancel during your 14-day trial to avoid any charges, or cancel after to stop future billing
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
You'll receive an email notification about the failed payment Update your payment method to restore service Service may be temporarily interrupted until payment is successful Contact support if you need assistance with payment issues Viewing Your Billing History
