The Bahamas Nurses Union has been ordered by Justice Camille Darville Gomez to hold elections after a court battle among members of the union. The action was brought by five executives of the union against President Muriel Lightbourne and Sherran Rolle, Treasurer. Among other things, the group sought to have the court deem the suspensions of 1st Vice President Sheniqua Cox and Secretary General Shavone Brennen unlawful.
