A 19-year-old driver was transported to the hospital after her vehicle rolled over in an early-morning crash on southbound Interstate 15 near New Harmony, according to the Utah Highway Patrol. The crash occurred shortly before 5 a.m. Tuesday near mile marker 38, where a light-colored Subaru Crosstrek veered off the interstate and rolled, UHP Lt.
