Investigators have confirmed the cause of a house fire that claimed the lives of a mum and her three children in Bootle. The blaze broke out at a semi-detached home on Stone Square at around 3.45am on Tuesday, September 20. Emergency crews were called to the scene following reports that the home was 'well-alight'.
