RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - A giant tortoise named Century has been safely returned home after a night on the lam. It’s thought that Century, a 30-year-old African spurred tortoise described as “roughly the size of a small ottoman”, escaped from its enclosure through an open gate last night while the owners were renovating the space. RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a suspect at large in the investigation into gunshots on 1314 Atlas Street on Friday, August 21. At around 7:40 p.m. that evening, multiple gunshots were heard by witnesses in the area. It is believed that the shots were fired into the air, as no injuries or damage have been found. The suspect, Rodney Spottedelk, 38, is believed to have been one of four occupants of a grey or silver Chevrolet Impala which was identified
