CHICAGO (WLS) -- Back and better than before, a high-end steak house has reopened after a kitchen fire. Prime and Provisions Culinary Director Joseph Rizza joined ABC7 to cook up a steak. The restaurant reopened this week after a six-month renovation. A fire caused some damage around the holidays last year. Rizza said he opened the restaurant a decade ago. He said the silver-lining to the fire was the remodel that followed. He said the most important thing to cook a steak is tempering the meat.
