Lincoln Police is asking for the public’s help finding a missing woman. LPD says 78-year-old Harriet Downey was last seen in the area of 27th and Stratford around 9:30 this morning. She was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and blue jeans, carrying a red knitted handbag and a black duffel bag. Harriet is 5’4″ with red hair. LPD says if you approach her, be aware she has dementia. The public is asked to call dispatch at 402-441-6000 if you see her or 911 in an emergency.
