    Toyota has updated a major recall on the Highlander three-row SUV, expanding it to thousands more vehicles in Canada. The updated recall was posted on the Transport Canada website Thursday, Sept. 10. It supersedes one posted on March 10. The original recall affected the 2021 to 2023 Highlander and Highlander Hybrid, impacting 39,897 vehicles in Canada.
