A mural artist from County Durham is bringing a splash of Mexico to a new North East restaurant. Lee Ferry, who runs Custom Artwork in Stanley has been commissioned to create a hand-painted mural inside a new restaurant opening in Newcastle. The artwork will reflect a lively Mexican theme for the soon-to-open Tia’s Mexican Cantina, which will seat up to 140 guests. Mr Ferry has been creating bespoke murals for 14 years, unique pieces covering everything from school murals to private commissions.
