After mounting a demonstration outside WASA last week and threatening industrial action, PSA President Felisha Thomas was all smiles this morning, greeting Public Utilities Minister Barry Padarath with hugs when he arrived at WASA's Headquarters. A triumphant Thomas announced to the workers that the Minister had delivered on the union's requests, even as the Minister himself called for understanding. Rynessa Cutting reports.
