A seven-year-old boy suffered a fatal brain injury and drowned while on holiday with his family, a coroner has heard. Musa Ahmed died six days after getting into difficulty in the water in West Mersea on July 22. His cousin Sameeha Rahman, 15, and her mother Shelina Rahman, 41, both from Ilford in east London, also died in the incident.
