WILLARD, Mo. (KY3) - Willard Police Chief Tom McClain is back home in Willard. McClain left St. Louis on Friday after spending more than three months there recovering from a double lung transplant. He had the life-saving surgery on April 8 at Barnes Jewish Hospital. He had to be close to his doctors, therapists, and the hospital.
