    The price of gas and diesel is down as of Thursday morning about two weeks after they rose to the highest point this year. Regular and premium fuel is down 4 cents a gallon and diesel is down 41 cents a gallon. The price change was reflected at Mobil stations as of Thursday morning. The last price change was on Sept. 16 when gas and diesel went up by 25 cents and 50 cents.
