PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A reckless driver that led police on a pursuit spanning nine Portland neighborhoods was safely stopped and arrested Thursday morning. On Thursday around 8 a.m., a Portland Police Officer attempted to pull over the driver of a black 1999 Ford Expedition SUV near NW 19th Avenue and NW Savier Street.
