The Elkhart County Homicide Unit is investigating after a body was discovered a few blocks from the intersection of Toledo Road and Middleton Run Road in Elkhart. Elkhart Police received a report of a man sleeping next to an apartment building just before 7 a.m. Monday. When they arrived, first responders found the man dead.
