Saturday, Aug. 15, from 10 to 11 a.m., Lincoln County Indivisible (LCI), Audacity CAT (Rockland), and Indivisible Waldo County are holding coordinated “By Land or by Sea Vigils.” The vigils will bring attention to Chief Justice John Roberts' transformation of the Supreme Court.
