Katie Phang’s lawsuit against Todd Blanche and the DOJ rolls along, with another order from a federal judge demanding that Blanche explain himself. On June 25 Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered Blanche to provide a subset of unredacted Epstein files that he could review himself to determine if the reason Blanche gave for redacting names was accurate. Blanche said the redacted names were victims. In effect the Judge was saying, “I don’t trust you.” So Blanche was ordered to turn over a handful of files
