A Greenback man has been charged with vehicular homicide after a crash that left one dead Sept. 18. Tennessee Highway Patrolman Frank Yates-Matoy said he went to a fatal wreck on Highway 72 near Presley Road and found the drive allegedly responsible, Tanner Kuhn, in an ambulance.
