A Crossville man who has built 396 days credit in the Cumberland County Jail pleaded guilty to two felonies and received a three-year sentence. Frank Henry Quince Jr., 54, no address available, entered guilty pleas July 21 to aggravated assault/display and attempted aggravated burglary. As a Range 1 offender, Quince will serve the sentence at 30% but with the number of days already served in jail, will be eligible for release soon.
