    Rochester, Minn. (KIMT) -Â Olmsted County Public Health is hosting a free car seat safety check event Tuesday. The event will take place July 7 from 8 a.m. until Noon at Graham Park in Crawford Hall, located at 1418 Fairgrounds Avenue in Rochester. Certified technicians will inspect car seats to make sure they are installed correctly and safely. Each check takes about 45 minutes.
