   WEATHERSFIELD — The town finally has a general fund budget for the fiscal year that began July 1. On Tuesday, voters passed a $2.02 million budget by a tally of 236 to 153. The approval comes after two previous general fund budgets were defeated on Town Meeting day in March and then on May 19 after cuts were made.
