CANUTILLO, TEXAS — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office has closed several streets in Canutillo because of downed electrical wires. Second, Third and Fourth streets at La Mesa Street are blocked. As of 12:33 a.m., El Paso Electric’s outage map showed 3,603 customers without power in the area. El Paso Electric crews are working to clear the scene. There is no estimated time for the roads to reopen. Drivers are urged to use caution and find an alternate route.
