FARMINGTON -- A local chiropractor has received a 10-day suspension of his license, a $3,000 fine and two years probation for unprofessional conduct and having a romantic relationship with a patient, according to a disciplinary action report with the Arkansas State Board of Chiropractic Examiners. FARMINGTON -- The city has changed its rules for massage businesses in the wake of complaints made to the Police Department of inappropriate behavior taking place at such businesses. Lt. Justin Collins with the Farmington Police Department said detectives are investigating two formal complaints "of nefarious activity going on at a massage business." Both complaints were made this year about the same business in Farmington, Collins said.
