OSHKOSH, Wis. — The Winnebago County Medical Examiner rules the deaths of a Winneconne man and his two daughters a double murder-suicide. Jeffrey Manke shot his daughters, 16-year-old Jaelyn and 11-year-old Lenora, before turning the gun on himself in his Division Street home on July 31. Elliot Campbell is convicted in Outagamie County Court on a reduced count of second-degree intentional homicide. Campbell shot Elijah Dodson of Milwaukee to death after accusing Dodson of cutting into line for a taco truck along S. Walnut Street on Christmas Eve of 2023. He faces up to 60 years in prison when sentenced on Jan. 5.
