I know the biggest thing everyone wants right now is a top-end starter for the Cubs rotation, but they desperately need A Dude in the bullpen. A guy you can hand the ball to and say go get three outs with a high level of confidence he will do it. The bullpen hasn't been terrible, but on an individual basis it's been really inconsistent.
