On Sept. 1, Christopher Janssen was sentenced for his third felony conviction after pleading guilty to felony aggravated battery causing great bodily harm and misdemeanor telephonic harassment. Per the terms of the plea agreement, he will serve a fixed minimum of one year in jail with credit for 84 days of time served, followed by an indeterminate three-year term.
