MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency on Thursday released the name of a pedestrian killed by a car Sept. 19 in Prichard. Alisia A. Burgans, 59, died at the scene when she was hit by a Toyota Corolla driven by a 68-year-old Satsuma woman, according to ALEA.
