A Little Falls man is facing a felony charge after he allegedly violated a harassment restraining order while dropping off his children at their mother's home. Chissom Troy Lindner, 46, was charged in Morrison County District Court with felony violation of a harassment restraining order. If convicted, Lindner faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison, a $10,000 fine or both.
