    Three incumbents and one challenger are set to be on the November ballot for Fountain Hills Unified School District Governing Board seats. Incumbents Lillian Acker and Bernie Hoenle, as well as recently appointed Boardmember Fran Murray and challenger Robert Wallace made the Nov. 3 ballot in terms of turning in the minimum 94 signatures or more by the July 6 deadline.
