   To the editor: A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit recently on the transfer of 1.38 million acres along the Dalton Highway corridor to the state. This is land that Interior Secretary Doug Burgum unlocked in February by revoking two public land orders.    To the editor: I’d like to respond to yesterday’s article on the borough assembly and school board joint work session happening Thursday.
