    HUGE congratulations were paid to new Scottish 5,000m champion Katie Rourke who took gold on, day one of the 4J Scottish Seniors Championship in Aberdeen. Katie ran a time of 16:54.30 and was well clear of the second place athlete. Gala Harrier also said well done to Cameron Rankine and Robert Horton for competing in the 800m U23 and 400m (U18 respectively).
