SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. â Court documents detail the investigation which led to the arrest of an arson suspect, accused of starting the Old Trails Fire. Aaron Farinacci, 37, is currently in the Spokane County Jail on a $1 million bond. Records show Farinacci has been investigated at least twice for other arson related calls.
