Graffiti Weekend kicked off in Roseburg, with events happening all day Thursday mostly along Diamond Lake Blvd, Stephens Street and Harvard Avenue. The night ended with the Graffiti Cruise-In at two locations: the Sonic Drive-In on Stephens Street and Peteâs Drive-In on Harvard Avenue.
