CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) – Two teens were arrested after a 16-year-old was hospitalized with potentially life-threatening injuries during a shooting in Champaign on Monday. The Champaign Police Department said officers were called around 1:20 p.m. to the 1100 block of N. Third Street for a shooting with injuries.
