CHIPPEWA FALLS (WQOW) - After four years, the case against the teenager accused of raping and murdering 10-year-old Lily Peters has been resolved. Lily Peters was murdered on April 24, 2022. Originally reported missing, her body was found a day later in a wooded area near Leinenkugel's Brewery by a walking trail along Duncan Creek.
