The FBI arrested a registered sex offender of Lewiston on Thursday on a federal charge of possession of child sexual abuse material at a residence on Sabattus Street in Lewiston. Steven William Bragdon, 41, was previously convicted of visual sexual aggression against a child and possession of sexual abuse material of a minor under age 12 in 2014-2015.
