Gardaà probing the death of a 17-year old boy in a hit-and-run incident in Co Clare are examining the possibility he was deliberately knocked down. Bryan Lowe, from Westbury, Corbally, and Clonlara, died after a vehicle struck and killed him as he rode an e-bike at Cottage Cross, near Clonlara village, at 11pm last Friday.
