A woman and three men have been arrested on suspicion of affray following a disturbance in Shaw on Wednesday evening. Greater Manchester Police said officers were called to Oak Street at 7.42pm on September 30. All four were taken into custody for questioning. An Oldham Evening Chronicle reporter remained at the scene until the early hours of Thursday morning, October 1, as crime scene investigators collected evidence.
