CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - Area rivers are set to rise as the rain comes to a close. A Flood Watch is in effect for much of the TV9 viewing area, including all areas along and south of U.S. Highway 20. This is primarily for the risk of a few instances of flash flooding. While the setup isn’t quite as favorable for exceptionally heavy rain in small bands like our last wet weather pattern, we can’t rule it out, either.
