WEST FARGO — The Red River Valley Fairgrounds stepped back centuries Saturday, Aug. 8, transforming into the Red River Valley Renaissance Faire. The fairgrounds came alive with performances and entertainment. Also on offer was a old fashioned feast featured a whole hog, ribs, chicken, corn and baked potatoes. The Renaissance Faire continues Sunday and picks up again next weekend, Aug. 15-16. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. The feast is at 7 p.m. Saturday. Admission is $25 for adults and $1
