HOLLAND â A man has been charged with a felony for his involvement in a three-vehicle crash in Holland over the summer that left an 83-year-old man dead. William Thomas Blanchard, a 27-year-old from Holland, was arraigned Monday in Ottawa Countyâs 58th District Court on one count of reckless driving causing death.
