ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — The Asheville Police Department arrested a woman on the charge of first-degree arson, according to a warrant. Jessica Molina, 42, of Asheville, was arrested on Friday, Sept. 25. According to the arrest warrant, the burning involved a dwelling "inhabited by Asheville Housing Authority" on Klondyke Ave. A person was inside the "dwelling house" at the time of the burning, the warrant adds.
