    A 19-year-old who is considered a vulnerable adult has been found as of Thursday afternoon, according to the Richland County Sheriff's Department (RCSD). Breonna Dubberly was last seen on July 21 at her home in the 300 block of Whitehurst Way. Deputies said she was last seen around 11:00 p.m. wearing pajamas. Dubberly is described as 5'6" tall and weighing 195 pounds. She has curly brown hair and blue eyes. She is believed to be in danger as she is considered a vulnerable adult, officials said.
