    There’s a new kid in town! Belington now has their very own ice cream shop. The Cool Twist has opened this week beside the Golden Rule. They offer soft serve and hand dipped ice cream. I haven’t had a chance to stop by yet, but I am looking forward to it. They are open Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. The Farmer’s Market still takes place every Friday at the Barbour County Fairgrounds beginning at 4 p.m. You are invited to come swim for free at the Philippi City Pool on July 2
