The event, organized by HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital, included swimming, bicycling, and a short run. There were many kids events too, as well as “Touch-A-Truck” with vehicles and a helicopter, and adaptive bikes with the Sullivan Ambucs, as the photos show:

One rig caught fire. Illinois State Police report both trucks were traveling westbound. One truck was slowing down due to a possible mechanical issue. Beginning in the late morning, the westbound portion of Interstate 70 will be closed for a few hours due to a fire involving the vehicles. Travelers are being re-directed to southbound I-57 and then through the country.
