The Bexar County Constable’s Office Precinct 2 says Sebastian Martinez Guajardo is wanted for a Class A misdemeanor charge of cruelty to nonlivestock animals. Officials say Guajardo is accused of abandoning three dogs in his care and that one of the dogs died from extreme emaciation and malnourishment.
