SHERMAN, Tex. (KTEN) â An 18-year-old was arrested this week, accused of stealing from vehicles in the area of Maxey and Orange Street. Sherman Police say Officers on patrol noticed Kevin Lewis pulling on vehicle door handles around 12:30 AM on Wednesday, September 23rd. Officers claim Lewis ran from them, leading to a foot pursuit.
