A warm and humid Wednesday ahead with rain chances returning later tonight into Thursday morning (opens the original)

Before the rain and cloudier skies moved in, it turned to be a nice day on our Tuesday with highs in the low to mid 70s with Sparta being the warm spot at 77°. We did have some rain around during the evening and nighttime hours but totals overall were light with most areas seeing under a 1/10". Our Wednesday is starting off cloudy, warm and humid and while we've had some showers around impacting the southern and southeastern parts of the area, those have now cleared the area.  While we'll be

After a cloudy and somewhat foggy start to the day, Monday turned out to be a decent day overall with some sunshine during the afternoon. That pushed highs into the mid 70s for most locations. We're starting off dry to begin our Tuesday with some areas of fog. Our next system looms out to the west, which that, combined with an upper-level disturbance, a secondary system in Colorado and New Mexico plus extra moisture from Hurricane Polo, will bring rain chances to the area. We had a beautiful day on Wednesday across with a good amount of sunshine, seasonable temperatures and a nice breeze. Highs topped out in the upper 60s and low 70s. Clouds have been on the increase overnight into Thursday morning as an upper-level boundary is slowly drifting east and the strong high pressure holds serve to our east. Skies will be on the mostly cloudy to cloudy side for our Thursday with a light south to southeast wind. While a stray shower is possible in the afternoon across o

Seasonable conditions to persist for the second half of the week (opens the original)

Tuesday started off a bit on the overcast side but ended with a decent amount of sunshine around. Highs topped out in the low to mid 60s. We're beginning our Wednesday mostly clear, crisp and calm as a strong and big area of high pressure sits to our northeast. Outside of some areas of fog and perhaps a touch of light frost, I expect a sunny to mostly sunny sky for our Wednesday with a light east to southeast wind around. Highs will top out in the mid to upper 60s. Skies will begin mostly clea
