Pine Bluffs, Wyo. - One person has been arrested in Pine Bluffs after a high risk traffic stop was conducted Monday morning. According to the Pine Bluffs Police Department, them along with the Laramie County Sheriff's Office were made a ware that a high risk subject from Colorado was in the county. The nature of the traffic stop caused portions of WYO-215 to be blocked off.
